• Retail First manages Australia’s largest privately owned shopping centre portfolio of 18 Yu Feng-owned centres in South-East Queensland
• Retail First employs 140 people
• Commercial First was launched in March 2004
• Headed by Karin Cruse, Commercial First delivers commercial leasing services within and beyond the Yu Feng portfolio
• Offices First is a new cutting edge serviced office facility with the first branch having opened at Toowong in November 2004 – known as Toowong Tower Corporate Office Suites
